More Than Just Education, We Help Build Future Leaders

The CAF Youth STEM Program is more than just a curriculum; it’s a family. We nurture supportive relationships, fostering a sense of belonging and encouraging active participation in our community. Through charitable giving projects, civic engagement initiatives, and mentorship programs, we cultivate well-rounded individuals who are not only STEM-savvy but also socially responsible and ready to make a positive impact on the world.

CAF’s Youth STEM Program provides Hispanic and low-income children and youth in our communities with the tools and inspiration they need to thrive in a STEM-focused future. CAF’s Youth STEM Program goes far beyond simply teaching the fundamentals of STEM. We create a fun, interactive environment where young minds can:

  • Become Environmental Justice Eco-Promoters: We empower youth to become advocates for a healthier planet, developing innovative solutions to climate change and environmental challenges.
  • Master Robotics and Engineering: Through our partnership with Funbotics, students explore the exciting world of 3D printing, robotics, and engineering, building critical thinking and problem-solving skills while preparing for in-demand careers.
  • Develop Powerful Leadership Skills: Learn the ins and outs of research, writing, public speaking, and advocacy, gaining the confidence and skills to lead future generations.
  • Craft Their College and Career Path: We’ll help youth navigate the college admissions process, map their career trajectory, and connect them with valuable mentorship opportunities.
  • Become Financially Savvy: Gain a strong foundation in financial literacy, covering everything from budgeting and savings to responsible credit use and investment strategies.
  • Embrace Digital Citizenship: We teach essential computer skills, online safety best practices, and responsible use of social media and communication tools.
