We are thrilled to announce the merger of Bread & Roses Housing, Inc and Centro de Apoyo Familiar (CAF) a significant milestone in both organizations achievement.
Our merger with Bread & Roses Housing a non profit organization which mission is to create and preserve affordable homeownership through the Community Land Trust model.
Their dedication to revitalizing distressed neighborhoods, advocating for crucial housing needs, and supporting families by assisting families in achieving self-sufficiency, empowerment, and education and pave the path toward a brighter future for all.

Who Are We?
CAF is a community-building organization, with a proven track record of empowering thousands of underserved residents through HUD-certified first-time homebuyer education, eviction prevention support and resources. Since 2006, CAF has been focused on facilitating access to acquisition and preservation of generational wealth through community capacity-building and homeowndership.
