ENVIROMENTAL JUSTICE THRIVING COMMUNITIES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CENTER (TCTAC): This program was established by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in collaboration with the Department of Energy (DOE) in 2023 to provide technical assistance and capacity building resources to communities most in need. Led by the National Wildlife Federation, CEEJH, and the University of Maryland Environmental Finance Center, the Region III TCTAC team, CAF will provide capacity building services to help communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region assess and address local environmental and energy justice issues.

MID-ATLANTIC CLIMATE ACTION HUB (MATCH): This program aims to develop and strengthen the skills, abilities, processes and resources that organizations and communities need to adapt to the changes that climate and environmental justice knowledge imply.
