- The North Andover Affordable Housing Trust, this program provides up to $30,000 for income eligible first-time homebuyers. The program is administered by Centro de Apoyo Familiar.
- CHAPA has awarded CAF their Seal of Approval, which recognizes agencies that meet or exceed a minimum standard in providing effective pre-purchase, group homebuyer counseling and education to first-time homebuyers with low and moderate incomes.
- As a Preferred Partner, you’ll receive a special discount on admission to CAF’s Annual Conference and other housing related events. Additionally, you’ll get:
- An exclusive mention for Preferred Partners in CAF Website and social media.
- A backdrop featuring the logos of all Preferred Partners, providing brand visibility.
- SPARC (Sponsoring Partnerships & Revitalizing Communities) is a special allocation of reduced rate funding made available by Virginia Housing. It is a 1.00% adjustment to the interest rate below Virginia Housing interest rates.
- Client Credit Incentive Program allows CAF to provide up to $2,000 to payoff delinquent debt and help your clients become mortgage ready.
- Virginia Housing Downpayment Assistance is facilitate by CAF through its First Time Homebuyers Seminar.
