The Consumer Protection Program is here to assist any resident of Andover, Danvers, Lawrence, Methuen, Middleton, North Andover, Reading, and North Reading.

In Partnership with the Office of the Attorney General.

The Consumer Protection Program works in cooperation with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General to mediate consumer complaints.
