This program is desinged to increase digital literacy to Hispanic and immigrant community members living in very low-income areas in Prince George’s County, Montgomery County, and Baltimore City.
Our program will empower community members in these neighborhoods through digital literacy and in turn, increase the resiliance of communities which have been hitorically left behind.
The program offers two training courses:
- Basic Digital Literacy
Module 1: Basic Computer Terminology
Module 2: Computer Navigation
Module 3: Basic use of the Internet
Module 4: Online Safety/Social Media
Module 5: Intro to MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Advanced Digital Literacy
Module 1: Basic PC Troubleshooting Skills
Module 2: Advanced Internet Research
Module 3: Workplace Email Communication
Module 4: Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
